Mouvement Mondial d’Évangélisation Sel et Lumière (MMESL) (“MMESL”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on the MMESL website infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice containing the following information:

- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or location of the allegedly infringing material on our website.

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on MMESL’s website was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in accordance with the DMCA, unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.
4. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, MMESL reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers.
